10 Step Organic Tomato Challenge. Over N1,000,000 yearly for Everyone

Agroheal is simplifying farming so everyone can join in. By working together, we can cut food costs and create a steady supply of healthy food and extra income for every Nigerian.

Turn Farming into Your Side Hustle with LEAP

The Learn to Earn Agribusiness Program (LEAP) lets you take what you learn from the courses and put it into real practice on shared farmland. Even if you can’t farm at home, you can still join others on the group farm and earn from the harvest together.

How LEAP works

1. Join the program (₦5,500 yearly)

Start with a one-time yearly membership fee of ₦5,500 yearly. This gives you access to all our training courses, from composting to crop management — so you understand the basics before stepping onto the farm.

2. Secure Your Farm Space (₦10,000 one-time)

Each group farm is one hectare, divided into 100 slots. Secure one slot with N10,000 (maximum ten slots at N10,000 each). Think of it as your personal “seat at the table” in the farm’s harvest. Once you secure your space, you’re officially part of the group farm.

3. Keep Your Space Active (₦2,000 monthly)

Just like maintaining a house, farmland has monthly utilities. The monthly fee covers your farmland rent, agronomy fee and Agroheal oversight. This monthly upkeep fee ensures your space is well-managed, clean, and ready for planting and harvesting.

4. Build the Farm Together (₦20,000/month for first 5 months)

For the farm to start producing, everyone chips in equally to cover setup costs — tools, seedlings, soil prep, irrigation, and more. This contribution is only for the first five months and is managed openly by the group so every naira is accounted for.

5. Your Monthly Involvement (1 day per month)

Farming here doesn’t take over your life. You only need to show up one day a month to help with simple tasks like planting, weeding, or harvesting. If you can’t make it, there’s a ₦5,000 charge to keep things fair for the others who do the work.

6. Harvest & Share the Profits (₦1,000,000+ potential per space, yearly)

When crops are ready, they are harvested and sold directly into trusted markets — cutting out middlemen. Because costs are shared and waste is reduced, the profits are bigger. Each farm space can return ₦1,000,000 or more in a year, and you can scale your income by buying more spaces.
